Palm bay Police Say Officers came here after a 911 call around 9 30 a. M. Someone had a gun. An individual threatening to shoot three other individuals doing construction at the home next door. Reporter when Police Arrived the 39yearold man with the gun was holed up in a house. Officers tried to talk him out for about an hour and a half. He came in and out but when he finally came out the final time he was holding a handgun and at that time we had one officer that fired his weapon and did kill the suspect.
