JASON: Man, oh, man. I mean, man, oh, man. Was that not nice yesterday to hear Kathryn? I don’t know if you heard the program yesterday. If you didn’t, check out RushLimbaugh.com. But Rush’s widow, Kathryn, was on. She stayed almost the whole hour taking questions on Rush’s career and even his likeness of all of his pets and all the things that made Rush, Rush. It was just so nice to hear.
And what an inspiration, of course, Rush Limbaugh was and is, and that’s why Team EIB is putting together remembering Rush. I could not be happier than to be back behind the Golden EIB Mic in the Attila the Hun Chair keeping the Limbaugh Institute for Advanced Conservative Studies going. I am the talk show host formally known as Congressman Jason Lewis from the great state of Minnesota, Land of 10,000 Riots. The rest of us are locked up.

BRETT: Let’s find out what’s on Charlie’s mind in Austin, Texas. Welcome to the Rush Limbaugh Show, Charlie.
CALLER: Hello, Brett. Thank you for sitting in for Rush. I just want to get to the point. I want to dedicate a song to Kathryn and to Rush and to the rest of the family, and that song is by Carole King: Now and Forever. I think if everybody listens to those words, they’ll know exactly what I’m saying.
BRETT: You’re very kind to propose that, Charlie. It’s so incredibly important to feel the emotion that is embedded in that song and the lyrics are particularly special, and I certainly appreciate you calling in on the program today. It’s wonderful to speak with you, and I think that’s a tremendous, tremendous recommendation.
