Ranchi Deputy Commissioner (DC) Rahul Kumar Sinha, Thursday, held a meeting with representatives of various Durga Puja committees regarding control of noise pollution and complete preparations for Durga Puja. During the meeting he said that do not allow people to gather more than the capacity
