Diyon Lee and Anthony Kemp are Chicago natives, longtime friends and now business partners. Together, they re responsible for No Good Candy, which will open mid-June on the ground floor of St. Cloud s Radio City Music Hall at 619 St. Germain St. The name is an exercise in irony, Kemp said.
