There has been an overwhelming response to Sunday evening’s episode of DIY SOS:The Big Build Ireland in which the home of Assumption Road resident, Pa Berry, his partner Nicky, and three children, was renovated by members of the popular programme’s team and local community volunteers.
In October 2021, Pa suffered a catastrophic injury as a member of Athlone Fire Brigade and his story and how he told it, moved the entire nation last night.
