Jammu (Jammu and Kashmir) [India], January 13 (ANI): Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday received the first batch of Covid-19 vaccine, Covishield from Serum Institute of India (SII), Pune.
As many as 1,46,500 doses of the Covishield vaccine have been received out of which 79,000 are for the Kashmir division and 67,500 are for the Jammu division.
The vaccine is being stored at the Divisional cold chain stores at Jammu and Kashmir divisions from where it will be distributed to all the Districts maintaining the cold chain at all levels.

Jammu, Jan 13 : Jammu & Kashmir on Wednesday received the first batch of the Covid vaccine - Covishield - manufactured by Pune s Serum Institute of India.
Officials said as many as 1,46,500 doses of Covishield vaccine have been received out of which 79,000 are for Kashmir division and 67,500 for Jammu division.
The vaccine is being stored at the divisional cold chain stores in both Jammu and Kashmir divisions from where it will be distributed to all the districts maintaining the cold chain at all levels.

Indore (Madhya Pradesh) [India], January 13 (ANI): Indore received the first consignment of COVID-19 vaccine Covishield on Wednesday via an Indigo flight and as many as 32,500 doses will be used across the district.
The vaccine consignment reached Indore via Mumbai on an Indigo flight today at around 4 pm. Thirteen vaccine boxes were received amid tight security at the Divisional Vaccine Store here.
From here it will be distributed in the districts of Indore and Ujjain divisions. We have received 13 boxes of the vaccine today consisting of 1,52,000 doses. It is further being sent to eight districts of the Indore division and seven districts of Ujjain. Doses are being sent to different districts according to the requirement there, said Ashok Dagaria (Joint Director Health, Indore).
