Kamrup Chamber of Commerce (KCC) has alleged even though the state government has imposed restriction in the Guwahati on movement from 12 pm to 5 am to stop the spread of COVID-19, labourers forced to work round the clock in loading and unloading of goods at Railway yards even though normal working hours for the same are only between 6 am to 10 pm.
