A man armed with a knife surrendered falling a standoff with the police on a home near tolley road. The standoff ended at 7 00 when they took the man in custody. The suspect was injured when apprehe apprehended, taken to the hospital with life threatening injuries. The place were called to the Oreilly Auto Parts store, and employees reported a man trying to steal things. Police tried to stop the suspect, but he escaped over a fence. The suspect broke in three homes. The first had a woman inside. He let her go, but continued on to another home and held a second woman captive. She, too, was released.
