A number of other issues that are related to the communitys Overall Health and the ability for the community to be resilient around this kind of disease is important to take into consideration. In part, there is a, i think a general lack of understanding around drug abuse in particular. I think one of the things that was asked earlier was related to, what would you do to address the Community Awareness . Part of that is helping people to understand the scientific basis of this disease. It is indeed a chronic disease and we need to begin to treat it in that manner and approach it from a scientific perspective. There are still number of people unfortunately believe people ought to just quit that, ought to stop this and they dont recognize the fact this is a disease that needs to be treated.
