ROCHESTER, Minn. - Med City leaders are expressing concern about how the end of Minnesota s mask mandate might impact marginalized communities.
Dee Sabol, the Executive Director of Diversity Council-Rochester, tells KIMT vaccination rates are lagging behind in many of our minority and immigrant communities. She worries if officials begin relaxing efforts to get everyone vaccinated, a lack of immunity will allow the virus to continue spreading within those groups.

ROCHESTER, Minn. - Two Minnesota leaders are working to change the state s constitution to make sure every child has a quality education.
President of the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis Neel Kashkari and former Minnesota Supreme Court Justice Alan Page are pushing for a constitutional amendment that would guarantee all children in Minnesota have a right to quality education.
Courts have determined Minnesota s constitution only guarantees the right to an adequate education.
