lawsuits flying, we have two, three dozen filed so far, this could be the most expensive product liability case in the history of automotive. megyn: the lawyers smell blood in the water. that s how it is even on a case where the manufacturer has not admitted they made a mays take. meantime there s a disup in the u.s. congress with respect to toyota. what is our u.s. congress doing and congress want toss talk to the president of toyota, they want him to come before a committee and answer questions about what they knew and when they knew it. you talk about product liability things, imagine if they found out toyota knew ahead of time and didn t do anything about it. akio tow oda is going to come to the u.s. and talk to dealers and car owners and so forth but it s unclear if he ll go before congress, but there is a great deal of pressure, and so pressure always tends to push people to go before these committees and testify. megyn: that s going to be interesting to watch. trace gallaghe
