DLSA Warns Against Circulating Girl’s Details
Srinagar: District Legal Services Authority Kupwara on Friday directed media and general public to stop revealing the identity and other incidental details of a minor girl whose throat-slit body was recovered by the police earlier this week in the north Kashmir district. The DLSA has also warned that the violators shall be booked under law.

Kupwara: Massive screening for Covid-19 was today conducted in District Court Complex Kupwara by District Legal Services Authority Kupwara in collaboration with the Health department led by CMO Kupwara Dr. Kousar.
During the screening, all judicial officers, staff and lawyers present were tested for Covid-19 and were found Covid negative. Simultaneously judicial officers, staff and members of the bar were administered vaccinations of the Covid by the health department of Kupwara. Related Posts
Srinagar: In pursuance to the directions of National Legal Services Authority, the National Lok Adalat was today conducted at Srinagar, Ganderbal, Shopian, Kulgam and Kupwara districts of Kashmir division.
The Lok Adalat was organised to settle Pre-litigation, pending cases in the courts particularly MACT, matrimonial, family disputes, labour disputes, civil and criminal cases, bank recovery cases, electricity and water bills besides cases related to other civil matters.
At Srinagar: A National Lok Adalat was today organized under the Chairmanship of Pr. District & Sessions Judge Srinagar, Mohammad Akram Choudhary at District Court Complex Moominabad Srinagar, in which cases as per NALSA directions were fixed.
