A 19-year-old has been returned for trial accused of attacking a taxi driver in Strabane.
Appearing for a committal hearing today was Dylan McGrinder from Sion Mills, who is currently residing at Aberfoyle Terrace, Derry.
It is alleged he unlawfully and maliciously inflicted grievous bodily harm with intent.
A prosecution lawyer told Strabane Magistrates Court there is a case to answer, which was agreed by District Judge Mark McGarrity.
It was previously contended that the taxi driver collected McGrinder during the early hours of Monday January 13 in the Abercorn Square area of Strabane.
