Accidental death LOCK HAVEN A 57-year-old Lock Haven man sustained fatal injuries after falling down the embankment on the levee trail in Castanea Township, state police at Lamar said. Robert W. Benfield Sr. succumbed to head injuries at the scene on April 8 at 4:54 p.m., police said. The death was ruled accidental.
