Racquel Smith took the witness stand in the second day of testimony in the retrial of Cardell Hayes, who is accused of gunning down Will Smith on April 9, 2016 in the Lower Garden District.
Following a failed attempt Thursday to toss the charges against Cardell Hayes, the man accused of the killing former Saints player Will Smith in the Lower Garden District, a judge ruled that his trial will proceed as scheduled on Monday.
