Fort Wayne city officials revealed plans Tuesday for a massive mixed-use complex near the intersection of McKinnie Avenue and Plaza Drive on Fort Wayne’s southeast side.
The complex is called Village Premiere, and will include “houses and townhomes for sale, senior and income-based housing options along with commercial space, and other public amenities.” It is funded through a public-private partnership that is expected to cost $50 million once all investments are complete.
The Indianapolis-based developer House Investments will be the lead developer, partnering with local developers MKM Architecture and Michael Kinder & Sons.
