Kulgam, June 10 (Scoop News)- Secretary, Planning Development and Monitoring Department, Dr. Raghav Langer, today visited Kulgam and took stock of development scenario of the district. During his visit, Secretary inspected various development projects which are under execution by various departments. Secretary also inspected Drug De-Addiction centre at Kulgam and assessed overall functioning of the centre. He interacted with the patients and staff and took stock of availability of facilities at the centre. At ITI College Kulgam, Secretary interacted with the students and distributed course Completion Certificates among 180 students. Secretary was apprised that these 180 youth from backward areas of Aspirational Blocks were provided skill development training in different trades under ABDP in order to help them become self-reliant and self employed.
