Judge Kelly Neel also issued a protective order for several of the threatened parties: District Attorney Stacey Eads, former District Attorney Maggie Fleming, District Attorney Investigator Martin Morris, 2nd District Supervisor Michelle Bushnell, 1st District Supervisor Rex Bohn, former Sheriff Mike Downey, Sheriff William Honsal, Fortuna Police Chief Casey Day, her former attorney Kathleen Bryson and DANCO owner Dan Johnson. In the misdemeanor criminal complaint filed against her, Aunna Bollmann is accused of threatening to kill Bohn, Fleming and Honsal.
Today, a Humboldt County jury found Frederick Adams (43) of Eureka, guilty of the six felony charges brought against him by the District Attorney, including two counts of continuous sexual abuse of a child against different victims.
