COVID control measures: District Administration intensifies testing drive in Kishtwar Town

Share Kishtwar: To effectively contain the spread of COVID Pandemic, the District Administration Kishtwar, under the overall supervision of Deputy Commissioner, Ashok Sharma has conducted mass sampling and testing of shopkeepers from Jamia Masjid to police station in the Kishtwar Township. Tehsildar Kishtwar Pramod Kumar informed that 191 shopkeepers/vendors were tested in two days for COVID19 infection, of which 1 shopkeeper, 2 villagers and a health department employee was tested positive. The Covid positive patients have been kept under medical supervision in home isolation and contact tracing is being done by Surveillance teams, he added. Related Posts
