I almost wanted to encourage him to take a few minutes out of 9 00 to tell the people. Preached the gospel. Its good stuff. Theres a lot in there. Its wild. It really is. Its true and sort of were programmatic policies and people sense of who actually gets them or who was on their side and how they interact. Is pretty interesting. Its like in hindsight obamas total acquiescence to the Label Obamacare seems quite wise as a political strategy. All right, my friend, have a good weekend. You are done now. Thanks to you athome for joining me tonight. Donald trump is facing 91 criminal counts in four different criminal cases. Right now prosecutors in all four of those cases are fighting to get to trial before election day. So far only one of those trials is on track to actually make it. Then handed it attorney alvin bragg is preparing to go to trial this month in the case over the hush money payments to adult film actress. While that case moves forward, the others not so much. While that case moves forward, the others not so much. The federal elections case brought by special counsel jack smith suffered a huge setback this week when the Supreme Court stepped in and delayed the start date of that trial. Potentially pushing it back until after the november election, which leads to other trials. Today we got significant updates on both of those cases. Today in florida, for the first time ever, both donald trump and jack smith were in public court together. For the case over trumps handling of classified documents at maralago. Among other things, they were there to discuss when trumps trial in that case would begin. The special counsels team requested that the trial begin july 8th, giving them sufficient time to complete the trial before the election. Trumps team begrudgingly suggested the trial could begin august 12th, which prosecutors were quick to pounce on, saying one thing the parties agree on is that this case could be tried this summer. Trumps lawyers we
that will be next tuesday. anything can happen, make no mistake. we ll be talking about the results one week from tonight. we ll know the results hopefully in all states. five senate races in more than two dozen house races are within two points. this is why i m not poll pollyannaish, why don t want to create a condition where people are overly enthusiastic. within two points. that s five states. that s within the balance of power in congress. a few thousand votes can decide whether or not joe biden and his radical left democrat social party will have key control over your government. other races are within two points including in the state of new york. all the races are tight. in 2016, thick about this, polls showed donald trump losing handily and then he shocked the world and won the election if you look at three key states in 2016 they were at were decided by a combined 77,000 votes in 2020, the margin for joe biden which is 43,000 votes and three swing states despite the
they want to win. desantis busted out the champagne last night, you know they are. they re thrilled to see donald trump behind bars, but this is a characteristic of the trump era, and the republican party. republicans say one thing privately, and something else publicly. and timmy, that s truly regrettable. because most of these candidates, if not all, they know donald trump is extremely toxic. they know he is bad for the country, yet they publicly defend him when they know, deep down inside, and they express this privately the truth about him. carlo sounds like he s describing germany in the 1930s. i was just about to say. this is how fascism happens, that s disqualifying behavior. i don t see it as a criticism. in fact, he s one of the few republicans who had the moral courage, and the love of country to put country over party. he paid for with his feet unfortunately. that is where we are katie. we cannot sugarcoat this, or
engaging in behavior that is so dangerous. i find frankly it is disqualifying behavior for people who are running for office. hannity: disqualifying. okay. i share everyone s concern about paul pelosi. i don t want anyone in america to be attacked as viciously as he was. that would include the dozens of americans that died in the rioting in the summer of 2020. the thousands of cops that were injured with rocks and bricks and bottles and molotov cocktails in the billions of dollars in property damage. no democrat spoke out about that violence of the rhetoric around that violence. and we were lied to by a lot of democrats saying that these were peaceful protests, or they said nothing at all. or they tweeted up bail funds to get those people rioting out back on the street, like kamala harris. echoing hillery s venom telling
