Hace 23 años, el viernes 31 de julio de 1998 a las 10:30 p.m. un derrumbe de tierra y rocas borró del mapa la que hasta ese momento era considerada la atracción turística más importante de Ibagué: el estadero de aguas termales conocido como El Rancho, en el cañón del Combeima.
