According to local news reports quoting witnesses, there are people hurt, and a Law Enforcement official tells us that the atf is responding. This tweeted a short time ago from the Police Department. It says the hearts of gilroy pd and entire community go out to the victims of todays shooting at the garlic festival. The scene is still active.
