Chip and Joanna Gaines to turn Waco newspaper building into their headquarters
Magnolia continues to expand and will be consolidating staff after a massive renovation of the building that’s housed the Waco Tribune-Herald for 70 years.
Chip and Joanna Gaines brought back their Fixer Upper show this year with a new season coming July 15 on their Magnolia Network with Discovery.(Cody Ulrich)
Magnolia told city officials last week that it will move into the Waco Tribune-Herald building at 900 Franklin Ave., just a few blocks from the company’s Magnolia at the Silos shopping district, the city’s biggest tourist attraction.
