Polk county says it has a problem on its hands. It needs an extra 7 million more dollars next year to keep its Current Mental Health and Disability Services. And its looking to state lawmakers to help them get this money. Channel 13s Reid Chandler is following this story and joins us in the studio with more. Organizers are asking lawmakers to take action this year to allow counties to levy up to 47 dollars per person in property taxes for local Mental Health and Disability Services.
