Local musician and Parkland RCMP officer Stirling John knows people are struggling with mental health through the pandemic. .
To give those struggling a sense of hope, local musician and Parkland RCMP officer John has released a new song titled, “Believe.” His goal is to help raise awareness around the often stigmatized illness.

“2020 was a very hard year for many people because of the pandemic,” said John. I had lost a good friend this past year and it just really brought me to thinking that we need to be there for others.”
