Dr. Paul E. Buhr, age 80, of Olivia, MN passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones on Saturday, February 18th, 2023. His life was well spent in the service and care of the community he loved so much.
Kathy Haen, age 66, of Atwater, MN formerly of Olivia, MN passed away from cancer on Thursday, December 15, 2022 at her home. Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday, December 22, 2022 at 11 a.m. at St. Aloysius Catholic Church in Olivia with Rev. Joe Steinbeisser as celebrant. Burial will be at a later date. Visitation will be Wednesday, December 21, 2022 from 5-7 p.m. at Dirks-Blem Funeral Home in Olivia. Memorials are preferred to St. Mary’s Catholic School in Bird Island.
Barbara “Barb” Johnson, age 70, passed away on Wednesday, August 31st, 2022 at Olivia Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Olivia MN, after an extended illness. A celebration of life will be at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 7th 2022 at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Bird Island with Pastor Dan Croonquist officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church. Burial will be at the Lake Lillian Baptist Cemetery in Rural Lake Lillian. Arrangements are by Dirks-Blem Funeral Service of Olivia.
Ronald Revier, age 80, of Olivia, MN died on Sunday, August 14, 2022 at Olivia Rehabilitation and Health Care Center. A memorial service will be on Sunday, August 21, at 2:00 p.m. at the Revier Farm, 36129 760th Ave. Olivia, MN with Pastor Matt Hausken officiating. Burial will be before the service at 1:00 p.m. at the St. Aloysius Cemetery in Olivia. Arrangements are by Dirks-Blem Funeral Service of Olivia. Memorials are preferred to American Lung Association and American Heart Association.
