Armour Energy has announced the appointment of Morgans Corporate to act as Lead Manager for the Initial Public Offering (IPO) and proposed listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) of McArthur Oil and Gas, the holder of Armour’s Northern Basin Assets.
