Matt Cartwright, D-8, Moosic, sent a letter to Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency Director Randy Padfield with the support of 14 state representatives and two state senators from Northeast Pennsylvania urging the agency to set up mass COVID-19 vaccination sites in the region as soon as possible.
