Most notably, three Tigers will compete in the 200 meter dash championship on Saturday, and Jevon Williams secured the fastest time in the 400 meter hurdles, putting him in a tie for tenth on Clemson's all-time top-10 list for the event. CLEMSON, S.C. The Clemson men's track team was ranked No. 20 in the country in the initial rankings released by the USTFCCCA on Monday. The Tigers are one of six ACC teams nationally-ranked teams. Program Director Mark Elliott's squad has had a strong start to their 2022 season, setting at least three all-time top-10 marks in each of its four meets to this point. As the season approaches its championship phase, Elliott is confident about where his team stands and feels its latest ranking is an indicator of what is to come.
