2 Oxygen Generation Plants Made Functional in North Kashmir   SRINAGAR: To meet any possible eventuality amid the ongoing onslaught of Covid-19 pandemic, Directorate of Health Services Kashmir Saturday made two oxygen plants, each with 1000 LPM capacity, functional in north-Kashmir. The oxygen plants were made functional at SDH Kupwara and Sopore, during an extensive tour by Director Health Services Kashmir Mushtaq Ahmad on the directions of Financial Commissioner Health & Medical Education Department, J&K, Atal Dullo, in the presence of Deputy Commissioner Kupwara Imam-ud-Din (at SDH Kupwara). Both the plants have been made fully functional and serve as big relief for the inhabitants of north Kashmir amidst Covid crisis, reads a Directorate statement. Patients indicated for high flow oxygen will be treated at their door steps while as only critical patients shall be referred to tertiary care, it says.
