The Harness Horse Youth Foundation (HHYF) presented its annual Service To Youth Award to Vicky Rouch during the Indiana Standardbred Association’s recent Crystal Celebration dinner and banquet.
The Harness Horse Youth Foundation (HHYF) recently received a significant donation honouring one of the industry's hardest working good guys, Chris Wittstruck, a Standardbred Owners Association of New York director, pension trustee and member of the United States Harness Writers Association.

The HHYF scholarships are the $2,500
Curt Greene Memorial Scholarship for students who have demonstrated a passion for harness racing and have financial need; and the $1,000
Sweet Karen Scholarship for alumni of HHYF Summer Programs. HHYF has awarded over $630,000 in scholarship grants since 1976.
