‘Wrong injection’ kills 30-year-old man
Hospital forms three-member committee to investigate matter

A 30-year-old man died allegedly due to the administration of a wrong injection by the doctors at the emergency department of District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital on Monday.
The hospital administration has formed a three-member committee to investigate the matter. According to the relatives, Sheikh Kamran had suffered an injury in an accident. Doctors had stitched the wound and dressed it, they said adding that it was nothing serious and Kamran was absolutely healthy. He went to the DHQ Hospital on Monday to get the stitches removed, the relatives said, adding that the doctors administered him a wrong injection which proved fatal.
