When former Director Dawn Jenkin left Teton County Library, she didn’t provide much explanation for her departure. In the wake of a tumultuous few months in which Director Oscar Gittemeier left the post and volunteer Dail Barbour was removed from the library board, Jenkin has given a much lengthier account.
