JAMESTOWN N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Members of the Jamestown Stutsman Development Corporation (JSDC) are continuing to monitor bills that could lead to growth in and around the area.
During the recent JSDC Executive Board Meeting, Buffalo City Park was briefly discussed. Jamestown Tourism Executive Director Searle Swedlund informed the board that there wasn’t much new information at this time.
JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Jamestown will soon be home to a new sushi and hibachi restaurant.
Izumi’s Sushi & Hibachi Restaurant III will open inside the former Rock’s Taphouse building within the next six to eight weeks. The restaurant currently has two buildings in Fargo.
JSDC Executive Director Connie Ova says it’s encouraging to see businesses fill vacated buildings.
Garmin also provided some updates on Company X.
Garmin says they’ll need to meet soon on rail logistics and ensure everything fits DSA and Company X plans.
JSDC Executive Director Connie Ova stated that they would need to renew the exclusivity agreement with Company X as they approach the expiring year.
It was recommended giving the company an Exclusivity Agreement from January to May 1st, 2021. The motion was unanimously approved.
Garmin says on the Greenhouse Project, they’re adjust the lease and other agreements to meet the needs of the project. He estimates the return of some agreements to come before the board soon.
