The Karachi police and the Sindh Anti-Corruption Establishment officials have raided the Sindh Building Control Authority’s (SBCA) office in Karachi. It was the second raid by the anti-corruption officials in two days. The raids come after the Supreme Court ordered authorities to take action against those who approved the Nasla Tower’s construction plan. On Tuesday, a case was registered at the Firozabad Police Station in Karachi against the builders and officials who had approved the building plans. District East SSP Investigation Altaf Hussain led the police raid on SBCA office on Wednesday. A heavy police contingent cordoned off the building before the teams entered the rooms .
