MANILA - A man has turned himself to authorities confessing that he was the one who indiscriminately fired his caliber .38 revolver, killing a 1-year-old baby girl in Negros Occidental on December 5. Philippine National Police (PNP) chief, Gen. Dionardo B. Carlos, said Nomar Ayan Bero, 46, is now under police custodial investigation. "Bero will be charged accordingly, based on the appreciation of the prosecutor of the evidence presented by police investigators," Carlos said in a statement on Thursday.
