CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga - A PHP47.53-million flood control project will be constructed at the Dingalan Feeder Port in Dingalan, Aurora province. To be implemented by the Department of Public Works and Highways-Aurora District Engineering Office, the 355-linear meter flood mitigation structure will complement the existing concrete seawall at the feeder port. Aurora District Engineer Roderick Andal said on Tuesday that the old gabion retaining walls at Dingalan Port were damaged by strong typhoons and have deteriorated over the years.
