The Durvendu Dheeraj higher secondary school, run by an NGO managed by Union minister Faggan Singh Kulaste's daughter in tribal-dominated Dindori district, is functioning amid ruins. No classes are being held in the school but students are allegedly admitted on paper and allowed to appear in state board examinations.
