MP: Lesotho national guilty for horrific 2017 murder of five © Provided by The South African The Mpumalanga High Court has found a 38-year-old man from neighbouring Lesotho guilty of the horrific farm murder of five people in 2017. Mpumalanga law enforcement officials say Teboho Thokoane from neighbouring Lesotho killed Sipho Mabaso, Mogale Mokobane, Tshego Rampai, Alice Mbonani and Dimakatso Tladi whose ages ranged between 24 and 50-years old in a brutal act of revenge. Mpumalanga spokesperson, Donald Mdhluli, says Thokoane, is a common criminal in the area, who along with his friends, were involved in illegal mining and the theft of electrical cables. The 38-year-old is said to have killed the five people and injured a 26-year-old woman to avenge the death of a friend.
