Jinder Mahal made his return to WWE Raw last week, scoring a quick victory over Jeff Hardy after the two had previously wrestled a week before on Main Event. Fightful Select has more details on Mahal’s return and the reasoning behind Indus Sher’s split.
According to Fightful, Mahal had been ready to return to WWE television for months. Aside from the two matches against Hardy, Mahal has only wrestled one other match this year, which came in late January at WWE Superstar Spectacle.
Fightful also notes that there was a reason behind WWE splitting up Indus Sher, as Mahal was joined by Rinku Singh and Dilsher Shanky on RAW rather than Singh and Indus Sher partner Saurav.

As seen during last Monday’s edition of RAW, Jinder Mahal made his return to WWE and squashed Jeff Hardy in a rematch from their match the previous week on WWE Main Event.
According to a report from Fightful, Mahal has been cleared to return to action for several months now. Despite this, he’s only had one other match this year and it came in late January at the WWE Superstar Spectacle event. );
There was also a reason for splitting up Indus Sher, as Mahal is now working with Rinku Singh and Dilsher Shanky on the RAW roster. According to sources, the reason for Saurav’s absence is because he’s been deemed “not television ready.”
