Help your trees, shrubs recover from February freeze

Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Wichita County is presenting a face-to-face program on dealing with tree and shrub issues and how to manage them to recover from the February arctic blast, according to a media release.  The program will be Tuesday at the Dillard College of Business Administration Building in room 101 at Midwestern State University. Registration begins at 5:30 p.m., and the program will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Dr. David Appel, AgriLife Extension specialist from College Station, will address the group. Topics include making decisions on saving or replacing plants, management tips on helping plants recover and recommendations for replacing trees and shrubs.
