A WORCESTER pensioner says he is exhausted after a five year battle over a ridiculous car parking fine he refuses to pay. Alan Beddoes, 65, received the parking fine from UK Parking Control Ltd in 2016, and says he has been harassed by them ever since. Mr Beddoes said: It s getting beyond a joke now. They have threatened to send the bailiffs because I haven t paid. I haven t paid because I never should have had the fine in the first place. It is ridiculous. I have been battling them for five years, I am recovering from a stroke and I really don t need this added stress. They want £160 off me. I m a pensioner I can t pay that! People need to see these crooks for what they really are.
