Fear of failure or media scrutiny should not prevent governments from taking risks and trying to deliver services faster, according to Victorian Minister for Government Services Danny Pearson.

Mr Pearson, who is also acting Minister for Police and Emergency Services, told The Australian Financial Review Government Services Summit that teething problems could be expected as governments try to innovate faster, but that ultimately this would lead to a better experience for citizens.
