Item number 10, theres a current administrative code allowance allows departments to establish prequalified pools of contractors to draw upon for different professional and General Services. So we proposed here were gritty city administrator in the city purchaser, is an allowance that apple could exist for four years provided there is a midcycle reopened to allow new bidders into the pole. We think an efficiency measure per contractors. We do a lot of this kind of conduct and work in office we think more broadly will help manage contracting work in the city.
