South dakota Governor Dennis Daugaard says his meeting with a group of transgender people yesterday put a human face on a bill that would require students to use bathrooms and locker rooms that match their sex at birth. Lawmakers approved the bill, but daugaard says he will still have to weigh th sides of the issue before deciding whether hell sign it into law.
