Railway Protection Force (RPF) apprehended Upendra Kumar for allegedly abducting a mentally challenged woman from Ranchi railway station. The woman managed to escape and reach her village in Bihar. She is summoned for a medical examination to determine if she was sexually assaulted. The accused was identified and arrested from platform number one.
