After the COVID-19 pandemic cancelled his plans to make a debut appearance in the UK last year, Dancehall star Daddy1 immediately began to put things in place to connect with his fans even as the world went under lockdown.
Now, he is continuing that media marketing initiative by teaming up with BBC1xtra disc jockey DJ Kenny Allstar on a show dubbed – interestingly enough – “Global Shutdown”.
“I have been focusing on the internal aspects of my business during the pandemic…registering businesses and trademarks, and getting my team ready for when the borders open back. I’ve also been working hard in the studio,” Daddy1 told
A92 has finally delivered their debut mixtape, one of the most anticipated releases of the year. 92 DEGREES features 15 tracks that straddle the worlds of commercial rap and underground drill produced by international beatmakers with credits from AJ Tracey, Hardy Caprio, Dig Dat, M1llions, Pop smoke and A$AP Ferg.
