Going into the new year, Carroll Public Library Director Wendy Johnson shared lists of the top ten checked-out items in various categories during 2023.
Award winners included authors such as Kevin Sands, Wayne Ng and Louise Penny. Previously known as the Arthur Ellis Awards, the awards recognize the best in mystery, crime and suspense fiction and crime nonfiction by Canadian authors.
