Steve tonight kron4s Charles Clifford joins us live from san bruno with how this ruling is closing a painful chapter for neighbors. I talked with a woman from a utility Reform Organization and she was outraged over that penalty. Pg e is guilty on 6 of 12 criminal counts. Meaning they were not guilty on six other counts.
