Volunteers in Cocagne say about one quarter of the 257 tree swallow nesting boxes in the area contained entire broods of dead young birds, and it's a bit of a mystery why they died.

A warehouse, along with all of its contents have been destroyed by fire.
Moncton Fire Platoon Chief Charlie Melanson says the call came in at around 10 o’clock Wednesday night as a fire alarm.
But when they arrived at 2323 Route 134 in Lakeville, they found a warehouse fully engulfed.
Melanson says, they immediately took defensive action, “The goal was to stop the fire from spreading to two buildings at the front of the property, and we were successful. The windows were broken due to the heat from the flames, but the contents inside the other buildings weren’t damaged.”
